Celkon has launched a new low-budget smartphone in India, the Millennia Q450. The phone is priced at Rs 4,799 ($77 USD) and will be available in coming days probably next week. The Celkon Millennia Q450 features a 4.5-inch IPS display with a resolution of 480x854 pixels. It offers pixels dual-SIM functionality and runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor (unknown chipset) topped with 512MB of RAM. The device houses a 5-megapixel camera at the rear and sports a 2-megapixel camera at the front for video calling. There is a 4GB of built-in storage onboard that can be expanded up to 32GB via MicroSD card. Connectivity options provided with the Millennia Q450 are Wifi, Bluetooth, 3G, GPRS/EDGE, FM radio, and Micro-USB. It is backed by a 1800mAh battery.
